When is Check-In, Check-Out & Business Hours?
Check-In time is at 2pm & Check-Out time is at 11am. We are open 24 hrs. 365/24/7. Please call and make arrangements for flexibility at check-In & check-Out. If you are check-in before 2pm and after 8pm please inform us and make a arrangment of it.

What credit cards do you take?

We take Discover, American Express, Visa & Mastercard. We make gift certificates.


How does the cancellation policy work?

You can cancel the reservation as follows: Jan 1st to May 15th, 24 hrs before check-in day. May 16th to Oct 30th, 48 hrs before check-in day for weekdays. May 16th to Oct 30th, 72 hrs before check-in day for weekends. Nov1st to Dec30th, 24 hrs before check-in day. Dec 31st 7 days before check-in day. In case of an emergency situation, $25 will be charged to your credit card, or waved at the discretion of managment. In the event that guest does not show up then credit card will be charged as a NO-SHOW for first night stay with tax.

Yes, we can also do direct billing to government agency with proper documents. Must be prearranged for direct billing.
